Austin Bauer - Vice president
Austin Bauer is a Grade 12 student who currently attends North Surrey Secondary School. His favorite part of Crafty Cats is seeing the finished art that the members create. When he's not managing funds for the organization or collaborating with other departments on events, you can find him on the tennis court. Austin is also the captain of North Surrey's Tennis Team and this year, he hopes to lead his team to BC Provincials. During his free time, he enjoys playing the alto saxophone and piano. After high school, Austin wishes to study business to become a stronger leader and make positive contributions to his hometown - Surrey.

Shine Kim - Project & Art Director
Shine Kim is a Grade 12 student currently attending North Surrey Secondary School. She loves spending hours creating art, designing sets, and performing in theater. Her favorite part of being involved in Craft Cays is seeing how creativity helps people express themselves and grow. In her free time, Shine enjoys gaming, playing volleyball, and hanging out with friends. She also listens to musical soundtracks that inspire her work and help her focus. Shine cares about volunteering and creating inclusive communities where everyone feels welcome. After high school, she hopes to continue developing her artistic skills and leadershupp to make a positive impact in the places she cares about.

Martin Zhang - Development Director
Martin Zhang is a rising grade 12 student at North Surrey Secondary School. As a budding artist, he has a strong background in art and is guided by the belief that art should be accessible to everyone. Martin aspires to help people of all backgrounds discover their own creative voice. He joined Crafty Cats to support the initiative of bringing art into public spaces with the goal of encouraging imagination and self-expression. As much as he wants other people to observe his art, he also wishes them to share their own art as well. Martin hopes that with the other members of Craft Cats, he will be able to spread his love of art beyond just himself and his community, helping it reach as far as possible.

Yolanda Xu - Marketing Director
Yolanda Xu is a rising Grade 11 student currently studying at Prince of Wales Secondary School in Vancouver. As Marketing Director of Crafty Cats, her mission for 2025 is to help more people of all backgrounds discover Crafty Cats and then connect them to the creative opportunities that if offers. Yolanda is a talented artist with a strong background in visual and industrial design, having received a Silver Award for the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition. Beyond the art studio, she is also a dedicated badminton player who brings energy and focus to every challenge. In the future, Yolanda hopes to build a business career in the art industry. She aspires to one day become a compassionate industry leader by continuously making meaningful contributes to the arts community.
